keenpool

For studios running private workshops

Less back-and-forth for private workshop bookings.

Keenpool’s email pilot follows up on missing details and asks which alternatives your group would consider. You review the request and send your usual booking link.

Keep your existing booking and payment system.

How it works

When the first option doesn’t fit.

Keenpool checks what the group is open to and brings you an alternative to review.

Keenpool checks a handbuilding alternative for a 14-person pottery enquiry; detailed example follows.

Example: a group of 14 adults wants a pottery workshop together.

  1. The studio’s wheel-throwing workshop has a maximum of 10 people, so it cannot accommodate the group together.
  2. Keenpool asks whether the group is open to handbuilding. The group says yes.
  3. The studio’s handbuilding format accommodates up to 16 people. Keenpool brings this alternative back for studio review.

The studio checks availability, workspace, instructor and pricing before approving an offer. No date is held and no booking has been made.

14 guests, 10 wheels. Keenpool checks handbuilding for up to 16, then brings it back for your review.

A few things you might be wondering.

What happens when I register interest?

After confirming your email, you’ll receive occasional product previews and updates about pilot availability. Registration is free and does not start a pilot or guarantee access. Registering alone does not activate updates; you need to confirm your email.

Can I discuss a pilot now?

Yes. Send a paid-pilot enquiry and we’ll discuss whether the initial scope fits your studio. We agree scope and pricing before anything starts. Send a paid-pilot enquiry.

Who is the pilot for?

Creative studios running private workshops for adult groups, with email enquiries that need follow-up before the studio can make an offer.

Does Keenpool check availability or make bookings?

Your studio checks availability and approves the details and price. Guests book and pay through your usual process. The pilot uses manual handoffs and a booking link you supply.

Does Keenpool use AI?

Yes. The pilot begins with AI-drafted replies that we review. Together, we agree which routine replies may be sent within your studio’s rules. Exceptions and final booking decisions stay with you.

Can it suggest something I don’t offer?

Options come from the formats, packages and rules you approve. If nothing fits, the enquiry comes back to you.

Does it handle messages outside email?

The first pilot focuses on email. We’ll agree one enquiry route and the manual steps before starting.

What does the pilot cost?

The pilot is paid. We’ll agree the setup, scope, price and any continuation terms before you start.

How will you handle enquiry data?

Before starting, we’ll agree the data needed, access, processing tools, retention and deletion. Please don’t send guest emails or customer details through this form.
